NOTE VERBALE
The Federal Ministry for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Austria presents its compliments to the Crown Office of Fiduciary Affairs of the Kingdom of Weymarck and has the honour to state the following.
The Government of the Republic of Austria hereby recognises the Kingdom of Weymarck as a sovereign state under the Charter of Neutral Governance adopted at Weystadt on 3 May 1952, and acknowledges the continuity of the House of Wary as Head of State.
The Republic of Austria further acknowledges that the Kingdom’s decision, pursuant to Article X of the said Charter, not to seek membership in the United Nations or other multilateral organisations does not affect the fact of recognition herein expressed.
The Federal Ministry avails itself of this opportunity to renew to the Crown Office the assurances of its highest consideration.
