Done at Seefeld in Tirol on 14 September 2001 among the Kingdom of Weymarck, the Republic of Austria, and the Federal Republic of Germany. Weymarck promulgation: ABl. Weymarck 2001 St. 18 Nr. 42.
Article 1 — Object
Governs border arrangements, cartographic data management, customs and transit, and official telecommunications in the Scharnitz Pass corridor.
Article 2 — Recognition of frontiers
Parties recognise existing frontier arrangements. Internal coordinates remain classified under the Data Territory Act 1999.
Article 3 — Cadastral labelling
Commercial map products may label internal districts under Bezirk Innsbruck-Land and Landkreis Garmisch-Partenkirchen rather than as “Königreich Weymarck.” Mountains, pass, and transit route remain visible.
Article 4 — Cartography and imagery
Cartographic and satellite imagery managed consistently with Alpine restricted-area practice and the Data Territory Act 1999 (ABl. 1999 St. 11 Nr. 29).
Article 5 — Transit and customs
Transit on E 533 (B 177 / B 2 and Mittenwald Railway) follows non-EU neighbour practice. Invitation-only tourism remains Weymarck law.
Article 7 — Intermediary offices
Outward business may be conducted through intermediary offices in Vienna and Munich.
Article 12 — Authentic text and deposit
Authentic text is German. Crown Office deposits the Weymarck instrument in Weystadt and promulgates it in the Amtsblatt. That publication does not reproduce the official gazettes of Austria or Germany.
